Regular Weekly Activities (during school term):

  • Wriggle & Rhyme: Every half-hour Wriggle and Rhyme session is different and designed for your baby’s brain (aged 0-2) and physical development. We'll sing songs, read nursery rhymes and play with lots of different props like balls, maracas, tunnels, scarves and much more.

  • Storytime & Crafts: Bring your pre-school children down on Monday mornings for a fun, engaging storytelling session followed by easy crafts for little hands.

  • Lego Club: Our Lego Club for primary school-aged children is all about sharing your ideas and creating new and fantastical creatures, vehicles and structures.

  • Reading To Dogs: Reading to Dogs aims to help children improve their literacy, self-confidence and self-esteem within a non-judgmental, relaxed and enjoyable environment. The programme also teaches children about dog safety.

See Central Otago & Queenstown Lakes Library website for dates/times or our calendar.
