Our AllFit Group Training option is perfect for you if you’re looking for a hard, but fun style of training and a great way to work on fitness and strength together! This class includes a mix of strength and cardio exercises that move quickly with minimal rest between each exercise, forcing you to use your whole body as a unit and get an intense full body workout.

Classes are open to anyone of all levels of fitness with low impact options suited to everyone!
