An established and experienced Hāwea based building company, Niche Design & Construction is owned and operated by a local family. We offer a personalised building service, working one on one to create a house that our clients are proud to call home.

Kawhata has been a Master Builder for over ten years and has experience on a range of projects from high end builds to bespoke renovations and exterior living. Amy completes the team with a Bachelor of Design where she guides the clients through making those important decisions around the finishing touches.

Kawhata looks after the client communication and project management personally and we have an outstanding team of builders that bring their unique skill set and experience to the job.
